We at Bambootique want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Bambootique product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To make a return, please ship the product back to us along with a copy of the original receipt to the address on your receipt. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs or return shipping costs. If your product happens to arrive damaged please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get a new product to you. We do require that the damaged product be returned to us and we will refund your shipping cost. If the product is no longer available we will credit your account. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
Backorder Policy

Should any item be on backorder when an order is received, the customer will be notified that the item is on backorder and will be given an estimated time of arrival.
Shipping and Handling Policy

We ship our products using United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) ground, depending on customers’ selection at check out. Shipping charges will be based on actual shipping costs. A minimal handling fee will also be applied to each order. Any duties, taxes or other customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Orders received for product in stock will be shipped within 5 business days.

We are able to ship to PO Boxes only via USPS. For orders to be shipped via UPS, please provide a physical street address during checkout.
